The property, still owned by the Collares Pereira family, is a beautifully renovated 12th-century monastery farm, the only one of its kind in the country. The attention to detail in preserving the medieval architecture truly sets it apart.The warm welcome from the owner, Diego, made our stay memorable. The rooms in the main building are tastefully decorated with antique furniture, giving a sense of old-world charm. The library and outdoor seating areas are perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the surrounding areas like Nazaré and Batalha.The complimentary breakfast was a delightful experience, set in the historic part of the property. The option to cook our own meals in the apartments adds a personal touch to the stay. The free WiFi and amenities like room service and daily maid service ensure a comfortable and convenient stay for guests.Quinta do Campo offers a perfect blend of history, comfort, and hospitality.
